That is where my work begins.

My Journey and Expertise
I am a multi-award-winning entrepreneur with 3 decades of business experience.
My background began in the travel industry, and then, after navigating redundancy, I built a chain of unique restaurants.
Successful high 7-figure businesses, developed large teams, managed growth over multiple sites, and learned the realities of entrepreneurship from the inside out. That chapter gave me a grounded strategic depth that still shapes the way I work today.
Over time, my work evolved into something deeper.
I came to see that strategy on its own is rarely enough. Real transformation happens when business growth is supported by stronger self-awareness, clearer leadership, and a deeper connection to who you are beneath the pressure to perform.
That understanding now sits at the heart of my work. Working closely with energy and spirit gives me the unique ability to have lived expertise and guided experiences.
